Vivre Gourmet’s Signature Caramelised Onion and Balsamic Jam is made from 100% local Bali onions, top quality Italian balsamic vinegar, slow cooked to produce a wonderful sweet sticky jam. We use this as an ingredient in our signature pork sausages. We love to eat it on a hot burger straight off the bbq, or with some blue cheese on one of our crostini.
