DOSAGE dosage for litre: 785 g product 1 l water. For gelato basin: 1,65 kg product 2,1 l water. For ice-lollies: 500 g product 1 l water. ADVICE FOR USE: to obtain a creamy and spreadable structure we recommend blending the mixture using a blender and to batch freeze briefly. Store away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight . ADVICE _ After opening the jar we recommend storing in the refrigerator and to consume the product preferably within 1 month. _ Once the jar has been opened, if stored at room temperature, according to the average seasonal temperatures, we recommend consumption preferably within 10/15 days.
