We break the meat down and use only the Shoulder and Pork Belly cuts in our Sausage mix for the perfect blend of premium meat with super tasty fatty Pork Belly. This one is a winner for a proper Sausage Sarnie, just add good butter, tomato ketchup and a fried egg.Each pack contains approximately 250grams, or 3-4 good sized sausages.
