Our own handmade gourmet bangers are made from 100% locally sourced free range Bali Pork. We break the meat down and use only the Shoulder and Pork Belly cuts in our Sausage mix for the perfect blend of premium Shoulder Meat, and super tasty fatty Pork Belly. This flavour is an Italian-style sausage flavoured with pops of aromatic fennel and parsley.Each pack contains approximately 250grams, or 3-4 good sized sausages.
