Description Our Organic Vanilla bean ice cream is made using Broken Nose Vanilla, a locally sourced vanilla bean.  This vanilla farm rests just under Broken Nose, the iconic rock-face that juts from the side of Mt Bartle Frere. We then mix this fresh vanilla with our traditional custard ice-cream base, made from our biodynamic cream and egg yolks. This is a rich and creamy dessert for the authentic ice-cream connoisseur.
