Zucchini is a squash or also known as Courgette. Great grilled, boiled, spiralised and even shredded to put in desserts. We like to enjoy our Zucchini by trimming, rinsing, lightly ooking in oil or butter for 4-5 minutes. Each Zucchini weighs approximately 250grams to 300grams.
