Measure around the middle of your neck at collar level, keep the tape loose for comfort (can place 2 fingers between tape and neck.)
Measure under your arms and cross shoulder blades, around the fullest partof your chest, allowing 1 finger between body and tape. To find proper size for you, cross check chest measurement in garment size chart by adding 5-10cm on the body dimension.
Measure side shoulder point down to bottom of garment.
Measure from centre base of collar crossing shoulder and down the arm to the bottom of cuff.
Measure around the nature waistline allowing 1 finger between body and tape. Measure over shirt at position your pants would normally sit.
Measure from top of waist band at hip to the bottom hem of the pant.
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the inside leg of a well fitting pair of pants.
